CILAS offers a variety of accessories to boost your productivity. Our accessories are compatible with all CILAS particle size analyzers and are controlled using The Particle Expert software.
	VIDEO CAMERA
Video camera	Visualize your samples Add a video camera to your system to view particle shape along with your particle size distribution data. The video camera accessory allows you to : Visualize particle dispersion and agglomeration Analyze particle shape (d>20 µm) Store the images in your computer for later analysis.
ALCOHOL RECIRCULATOR
Reduce your consumable cost Use the alcohol recirculator when analyzing water-soluble samples requiring alcohol or a different carrier liquid. This accessory will recirculate the alcohol or other carrier liquid, which will lower your analysis and waste removal costs. Less solvent handling will result in a safer work environment. Carrier liquid : Alcohol (95% or 90%) or other liquid which requires special handling Totally automated operation saves time Optimal filtration with two different filters 2 to 3 stainless steel sedimentation tanks (20 liters per tank). 	AUTOSAMPLER
autosampler	Increase your productivity The autosampler will boost productivity when running repetitive analysis. It is ideal for routine production control, especially for high sample load applications or test requiring reproducible results. Main features : Independent methods can be programmed for each sample 1 to 28 cups for samples Automatic cleaning of the cups Capable of using a dispersing agent for each sample.
SMALL VOLUME UNIT
For hard to handle materials The small volume unit is designed for aggressive solvents (such as acetone or benzene) or for high cost samples (such as active products or precious metals). Characteristics : Integrated mechanical stirrer and peristaltic pump Sample quantities up to 50 mg Independent ultrasonic probe.
