This support includes :
New instrument installation, configuration and test at the customer site
Hardware and software troubleshooting, spare parts delivery

On line customer support
This service provides customer support by e-mail or by phone through the local representative or the CILAS offices in France.

Training
Our standard customer training covers all the topics needed for the proper instrument use, results validation and first level maintenance. This training is usually done at the customer site. Off-site training can be organized on request.
Training at the customer service center in France is organized on a regular basis.

Particle characterization services
This service includes :
Application development : our experts will help you in the development of new applications in particles sizing.
SOP (Standard Operating System) optimization on your powder sample : this service will save you time by reducing the amount of time spent developing your SOP. The use of the right protocol will improve your results.
Paid analysis : Send your sample to our laboratory in France and a complete particle size characterization will be made. Our technicians have a wide range of experience in powder characterization. Measurements will be made on the latest CILAS particles size analyzers.
